These stunning paintings are the simple solution to having a hand painted mural on your wall without having someone coming to your house to paint it! Having someone come to your house for a large mural can be time consuming and difficult to arrange when trying to accomodate different schedules (espcecially that of a baby). These Murals To Go are the perfect solution. Once applied to the wall they look just like they've been painted there, less time, less cost and less hassle. I can paint them at my home, save you the hassle of scheduling, and save the cost of travel and hassle for both! And as a bonus, if they're applied to a smooth surface (e.g. a painted wall) they can be carefully removed and reapplied with a spray adhesive later (please contact me for all the details, its really quite amazing!). So not only do you have to pay less than having someone come to your house, you have the option to move them, take them to a new home, or save them as a keepsake for later on.

The paper I paint on is heavier than regular wallpaper and therefore easier to handle and apply. It is suitable for most wall types including painted, wallpapered, panelling and primed/painted plaster. I have tested it myself on all of these and have had no problems on any of them. The paper has a matte finish similar to canvas, it is not shiny so you won't lose any of the great details on the mural due to glare. Each one is cut out by hand with an X-acto blade for the cleanest lines and utmost precision. Once applied, it really looks like someone hand painted it directly onto your wall and wasn't just 'stuck' up there.

Prices depend on the size and detail of the subject matter. If you see something in my portfolio you like I can certainly give you the price for that piece or one of similar style. I typically charge an hourly rate and have an estimate as to how long I believe a piece will take. If you have something custom in mind please don't hesitate to let me know, I love the challenge of custom work! If you've got a budget, don't let that stop you! I am always willing to work within a budget and have come up with some pretty creative ways to keep within a limit when a client didn't think it was possible!
