Welcome to the home of Jill Parkhill Designs! You'll find wall murals, canvas paintings, drawer pulls, and various other exceptional things designed for our special little ones and the people that love them. Everything is hand made, and I customize anything. I paint because I love it, and I like to think it shows!

I'm proud of my work, I believe the quality speaks for itself. My work is NOT mass produced, they are not one of 50 identical pieces, and they are not the typical colour by number stencils. My works ARE pieces of art; each one is carefully hand painted with extreme attention to detail, and each one has to pass my own standard for quality. I'm picky, sometimes too picky, but thats the only way to do it right.

Have a look through my portfolio for examples of work I've already created, if you see something that peaks your interest please let me know. All works are done custom order, I don't typically have stock on hand because of the personalized nature of what I do. If you'd like something changed, some detail altered, don't hesitate to ask; I am always more than happy to modify an existing design, or create something completely new!

Thank Heavens for Spring!

I saw a Robin the other day, that means spring is here...and I'm holding those furry little groundhogs completely responsible if it doesn't come. I'm done with the snow and the cold cold wind. Bring on the shorts and sandals!

Business has been busy, and so have we. We have some personal projects on the go at the moment and if I haven't emailed you back right away I do profusely apologize. This big project in the works has taken on a life of its own, but will be so worth it :) If I haven't responded and you need a response quickly, I totally understand if I see a couple emails in my inbox from the same sender, again, my apologies...honestly.

My Daily Rate Murals arestill doing well. They'e such a good deal that I'm starting to promote them more, plus with the time I have on my own now with my daughter in full day school, I can paint them during the week too. The rate is $125 per day, 6 hours at your location of actual painting time, includes all supplies and prep work. Its a fabulous deal really...and I paint pretty quickly! If you're interested drop me an email and I can send you pics of some of the other 'day jobs' I've done. It can at least give you an idea of what is possible.

I'm gearing up for the spring show season, a list of shows and locations will be posted below. If you've never been to a Mom2Mom sale, my goodness....you need to go! Its a giant sale of kid stuff, from moms to moms; clothing, toys, furniture, almost anything you can think of! Fabulous!
